The professional will be responsible for managing activities related to the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. This position focuses on payroll control; however, it is also important that the candidate has prior experience in benefits management, electronic time tracking, employee hiring and termination, issuance of labor documents, and disciplinary actions. A degree in Human Resources is preferred. The candidate must possess communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
