Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment, fault diagnosis, performing inspections, and customer guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer guidance on basic operation and maintenance Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural machinery and equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures. * Carry out field services in accordance with workshop standards. * Conduct inspections and technical handovers of new equipment. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs. * Guide customers on basic operation and maintenance. * Record technical information and complete reports in Tech Connect. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace and work vehicles. Requirements: * Experience in agricultural mechanics or heavy machinery * Driver's License Category B FIXED SALARY + COMMISSION Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.292,00 - R$2.293,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
