Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for managing the parts inventory, including receiving, inspection, storage, inter-branch transfers, and orders, as well as providing support to the parts manager.

**Job Description:**
----------------------
Receive, inspect, and store parts and other goods, as well as perform inter-branch transfers; Conduct parts inventory counts/inspections and annual inventory audits; Place parts orders with the factory; Record parts in Service Orders; Prepare and track parts DTACs (Dispatch Transfer Authorization Certificates); Analyze and handle DPM (Parts Management) spreadsheets; Assist the parts manager with departmental metrics, such as parts turnover, obsolete items, zero-sales items, MP orders, and service fulfillment rate; Assist in the annual reallocation process; Retrieve and deliver parts to the carrier when necessary; Serve mechanics, assistants, administrative staff, and service managers; Keep parts catalogs up to date; Organize the showroom; Maintain an organized and clean parts inventory; Follow all other instructions from the parts manager.
