Description:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy.
* Postgraduate degree in Educational Management, School Supervision, or related fields is a plus.
* Experience in pedagogical coordination, teaching guidance, or educational supervision.
* Proficiency in curriculum guidelines and regulations governing Basic Education.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities:
* Support coordinators and teachers in reviewing assessment tools, align with teachers regarding grading cases, and forward approved assessments for printing.
* Plan, monitor, and evaluate the development of pedagogical projects.
* Guide and provide technical-pedagogical support to teaching and coordination staff.
* Observe classes, analyzing teaching methodologies, strategies, and outcomes.
* Validate assessment tools and propose improvements to educational processes.
* Participate in the development and monitoring of the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) and the School Statute.
* Produce pedagogical reports and propose actions to enhance academic performance.
* Promote training and professional development activities that encourage the use of technological resources and innovative methodologies.
* Support other departmental activities.
