THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** CUSTODIAN
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions requiring a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extend to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week

**JOB SUMMARY:** Oversees cleaning, security, maintenance, and operation of facilities and common areas. Ensures order and safety on-site, supervises service providers, and may perform minor maintenance tasks.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**

**EDUCATION:**
COMPLETED ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (OR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVEL)
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISING AND SUPPORTING BUILDING MAINTENANCE ROUTINES, GENERAL SERVICES, CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT, PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INSPECTIONS, AND OPERATIONAL UNIT FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and a detailed description of duties carried out;
b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social – CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification pages and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature directly related to the requirement stated in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleanliness. Safety fundamentals: occupational accident prevention. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job duties. Quality customer service. Workplace etiquette. Ethics. Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment. Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
