Conduct operational supervision and deliver training The Facilities Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, guiding, and ensuring service quality across the company's contracts, thereby guaranteeing smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct operational supervision of workstations; * Supervise cleaning, security, reception, and support teams; * Conduct periodic client visits for quality control; * Deliver training and guidance to staff; * Manage absences, coverage, schedules, and substitutions; * Ensure proper use of uniforms, PPE, and materials; * Support recruitment and onboarding processes; * Attend to clients and resolve operational requests; * Prepare reports and monitor operational KPIs; * Monitor compliance with regulations, procedures, and schedules; * Collaborate with administrative and commercial departments. .
