If you have any questions during registration, please access the following link for assistance: Help Center \- Candidates Good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Release production, perform inspections, and monitor processes according to specific procedures; * Identify the status of products-in-process when deviations occur; * Monitor and release reworked products; * Record non-conforming products occurring during the process; * Manage customer complaints (open records, segregate, control disposition) and returns (open records, conduct evaluations, and issue conclusions); * Release production and monitor IBC-related processes according to specific procedures; * Record label information to ensure product traceability; * Monitor packaging material development within the process; * Perform moisture analysis on samples for the WG process, where applicable; * Conduct inspections and record raw material receipts according to specific procedures; * Issue and manage Supplier Occurrence Reports when discrepancies are detected upon receipt; * Monitor versions of products with controlled artwork (labels, leaflets, boxes, etc.); * Perform control of counter-samples when necessary; * Request opening of Corrective, Preventive, and Improvement Action records, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Technical degree in Chemistry or Quality Management is desirable. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal Voucher * On-site Restaurant * Rest Room * Company-provided Transportation * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Life Insurance * Christmas Card * Birthday Gift * Competitive Salary **Tradition, Quality, and Innovation!** Nortox has built its brand and become Brazil's largest manufacturer of agricultural pesticides, while also strongly operating in plant nutrition and seed segments.
