Commitment to the company’s culture and to one’s work. #### **About the Role:** Organizing shelves, replenishing products, and maintaining an attractive layout to deliver an outstanding shopping experience is the mission of our restocking team. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens department, freshness is the top priority to enhance visual appeal. In the Deli department, the rule is to keep products properly stored. In the General Merchandise department—which offers household goods, pet supplies, camping gear, and more—conceptual product displays that invite customer purchases are fundamental. In the Grocery department—which handles a wide variety of items—keeping everything orderly facilitates shopping. If you enjoy keeping things organized and wish to be part of this mission, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify product shortages in sales areas by checking available stock in the warehouse for replenishment; * Verify whether products scheduled for restocking meet appropriate conditions for display in sales areas; * Restock products on counters, islands, endcaps, and cross-merchandising displays, ensuring proper product rotation and avoiding empty spaces; * Confirm that display layouts comply with company-established standards; * Organize the store’s sales area, checking product expiration dates; * Arrange shopping carts, pallets, and platforms so they do not obstruct customer movement; * Remove checkout overstock, cardboard boxes, and plastic packaging, ensuring proper disposal for each case; * Provide courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service, adhering to the company’s service standards; * Follow operational procedures required for the role; * Maintain focus and commitment to departmental tasks; * Comply with company-mandated rules and procedures. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to the company’s culture and to one’s work; * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations; * Willingness to perform physical tasks related to product restocking. #### **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Prior experience as a stock clerk or in similar roles; * Familiarity with departments including Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens; Deli; General Merchandise; and Grocery; * Skill in designing conceptual and appealing product displays; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and thrive in a dynamic environment. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Telemedicine and Telepsychology * Dental Plan * Benefits Club * Pharmacy Discounts * Benefit Card * Recognition and Incentive Programs * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy Support Program * Nursing Room, Changing Room, and Rest Room; Meal Voucher * Career Development Plan * Partner Website Discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule; * 7 hours 20 minutes per day.
