Job Summary: Manages laundry, changing room, and janitorial teams, supervises employee inspections, and monitors the availability of uniforms and boots. Key Highlights: 1. Departmental performance indicator management **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manages work teams in the laundry, changing room, and janitorial departments at the Fish Slaughterhouse; * Supervises team activities during employee entry inspections at the sanitary barrier in changing rooms, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Monitors team efforts to ensure adequate supply of uniforms and boots to meet production process requirements; * Manages performance indicators for the Laundry and Changing Room department.
