Technical support for data conversion and problem resolution. ### **Job Description** We are looking for a **Data Conversion Technician** with an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and interest in technology to participate in data migration, integration, and validation processes. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, systems, and technical challenges, and possesses excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external clients. Salary: R$ 2400.00 to R$ 4200.00\. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** * + 08:00 to 11:30 \| 13:30 to 18:00 ### **Benefits** * Meal voucher * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Career and salary plan ### **Main Responsibilities** * Extract data from competing systems using appropriate tools and languages, ensuring data integrity; * Import data into the company’s system, guaranteeing efficient and lossless processes; * Validate, adjust, and verify imported data according to technical and business requirements; * Develop and maintain custom reports using **SQL**; * Ensure reports meet fiscal, accounting, and operational requirements; * Perform logical configurations in the system for importing fiscal, accounting, and HR data; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications; * Provide technical support for data conversion and report generation; * Resolve issues related to data import and integration; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for performed processes. ### **Requirements** * Knowledge or experience in **programming, IT, or technology**; * Experience in customer service or user interaction (preferred); * Basic knowledge of networks, internet, servers, operating systems, Microsoft Office, and information security; * Familiarity with hardware, configurations, and installations; * Introductory knowledge of **SQL, UML, and Relational Databases**; * Basic understanding of programming logic; * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields**. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Focus and attention to detail; * Agility and organization; * Resilience when facing technical challenges; * Strong communication skills; * Problem-solving ability.
