Job Summary: This position assists in the manufacturing, assembly, renovation, and overhaul of equipment and structures, providing support across various mechanical and welding activities, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in the manufacturing and assembly of equipment. 2. Collaborates in machine renovations and overhauls. 3. Participates in identifying improvements and new assemblies. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assists in manufacturing, assembling, renovating, and overhauling equipment and structures at the Poultry Slaughterhouse under the supervision of a mechanic. * Provides assistance in manufacturing and assembling equipment and structures as planned. * Assists in machine renovations and overhauls. * Assists in scheduled inspections of machines and equipment. * Provides assistance in welding processes for machines and equipment when required. * Assists in identifying improvements and minor mechanical assemblies. * Performs part preparation activities for assembly and manufacturing. * Assists in cutting and bending parts. * Performs finishing processes on structures and equipment. * Assists in identifying parts and components required for assembly and manufacturing. * Participates in weekly meetings with the Engineering and Projects team. * Suggests and proposes improvements to processes and procedures. * Performs related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 6x2 schedule; * Willingness to reside in Palotina/PR; * Basic knowledge of welding and part fabrication.
