THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety and Health)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institution’s defined educational pillars in the candidate’s area of expertise, and facilitates students’ learning process during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion).
Technical Course in Occupational Safety and Health or qualification as an Occupational Safety and Health Engineer.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course.
At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses OR one Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course.
Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to Occupational Safety and Health, and Occupational Safety and Health regulatory standards.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of activities performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Booklet and Social Security (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
