We are looking for an analytical, hands-on, and systemic-thinking HOD Assistant who is eager to grow technically and work in an increasingly strategic area. **Your day-to-day role** As an HOD Assistant, you will actively engage across multiple development fronts, supporting the design, execution, and monitoring of people practices while interfacing with leadership and internal departments.
