Job Summary: This professional will provide customer service, offering advice and services, applying knowledge of automotive parts and repairs, and assist in store maintenance and product organization. Teamwork that values dedication and growth Serve customers by providing reliable advice and outstanding service, applying product knowledge and experience in automotive repairs and testing, delivering technical advisory as needed, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations; assist in store control and maintenance, organizing products on shelves and maintaining store appearance. * Customer service following AutoZone standards; * Inspect and maintain internal and external store conditions; * Ensure inventory is fully stocked, clean, and organized; * Update and organize display items; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales and pricing, and conduct physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Knowledge of automotive parts; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) preferred.
