Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, analyzing, and controlling indicators; supporting the planning of internal events; and implementing continuous improvement of processes and services. Key Highlights: 1. Development and analysis of indicators for process improvement 2. Support in planning events and employee appreciation campaigns 3. Implementation of service improvements and monitoring of Continuous Improvement Groups **Responsibilities:** * Develop, analyze, control, and present indicators to correct deviations and pursue process improvement; * Support, lead, and execute internal interaction and employee appreciation events and campaigns; * Improve services in alignment with certified standards, customer requirements, legislation, and market practices through documented procedural and operational descriptions; * Monitor Continuous Improvement Groups in developing improvement projects using methodologies such as PDCA, MASP, and quality tools; * Provide support to other departmental programs such as 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, and TLT.
