Job Summary: Performs general building cleaning services, prepares beverages and snacks, and maintains the organization and hygiene of the premises. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies **JOB PURPOSE:** Perform general building cleaning services, including cleaning of equipment, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and pantry. Prepare coffee, tea, flavored water, and snacks for service, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the premises; * Clean surfaces, furniture, and equipment using appropriate cleaning materials and products; * Clean refrigerators, mini-fridges, stoves, and other household appliances; * Clean restrooms, ensuring daily supplies are stocked (paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, etc); * Collect garbage from all areas as needed, in accordance with hygiene, health, and safety standards; * Wash external areas of the Cooperative; * Maintain organization of waiting areas, meeting rooms, and pantry; * Assist with general cleaning of internal and external areas of the Unit, including window washing, ATM cleaning, elevator cleaning, and garbage collection; * Periodically check the need to replenish disposable cups and candies; * Monitor inventory of products and supplies required for daily activities, requesting purchases of cleaning and pantry materials and equipment whenever necessary; * Support other departments within the Unit as needed; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in handling cleaning products and/or equipment for building maintenance. **Additional Information** **COMPENSATION:** R$ 1\.565,60\. **BENEFITS:** * Life insurance (tax-exempt); * Meal and/or food allowance (R$ 2\.250,00\); * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Day Off. ***Join an excellent place to work.*** All positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).
