




Job Summary: Professional responsible for telephone customer service, team scheduling, distribution and updating of service orders, spreadsheet control, and general administrative support. Opportunity to apply and develop Excel expertise **Responsibilities:** * Handle telephone inquiries and assign service requests to field teams. * Support employees by clarifying questions and recording requests. * Track field teams’ locations and organize daily service schedules. * Distribute service orders according to priority and operational needs. * Verify, update, and close service orders in the system. * Manage operational and administrative spreadsheets using advanced Excel features (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, data organization). * Monitor operational reports and performance indicators related to teams and operations. * Perform general administrative tasks using computers and internal systems. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including department-related files and documents. * Assist with internal routines to ensure accurate and timely information flow to supervision and management. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative or team scheduling routines (preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing roles. * Organized, agile, and detail-oriented. * **Excel proficiency** (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
