You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our current systems, ensuring stability and performance of the tools used by our customers across Brazil. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and maintenance of applications in Delphi. * Bug fixing and implementation of new features. * Optimization of database queries. * Occasional technical support to the support team for high-complexity cases. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with **Delphi** (recent or legacy versions). * Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Firebird, or PostgreSQL). * Experience consuming APIs and Web services. * Ability to read legacy code and perform refactoring. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of **Python** (we are undergoing technological modernization). **Advantages** * Knowledge of process automation or integration with notary offices. * Familiarity with Linux. **What We Offer** * An environment of continuous learning and direct exposure to emerging technologies. * Opportunities for growth alongside the company. * Meal allowance, health insurance, and attendance bonus.
