Development of content verification and monitoring methods **Description** Ensure a favorable learning environment for students, teachers, and families by monitoring and guiding students' academic performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Student registration targets for olympiad exams. Definition of targets in collaboration with results management. Regular reporting to results management. Definition of actions per unit and grade level (as needed). Monitoring the use of olympiad boards across units. Analysis of PE and PB results. Sending email results to marketing for posting. Identification of key points to be explored. Alignment of recognition initiatives across units. Conducting teacher evaluations. Developing, together with the Olympic Area Coordination, verification and monitoring methods for: Content progress Submission and follow-up of homework assignments Remedial/preparatory classes for students newly qualified for major olympiads Preparation of the Olympic Pedagogical Support Schedule Organization of OBMEP Mirim Materials Teacher training Class and exam schedule **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed higher education Fields of Study: Education/Teaching Experience: Teamwork experience; Experience working with olympiad classes.
