#### **About the position:** * Work as an announcer for Grupo Mateus, delivering clear and engaging messages to diverse audiences. * Contribute to the brand's image and positioning through voice and vocal interpretation. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Deliver product announcements and corporate image messages through voice-overs. Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers through attractive announcements; * Make microphone announcements about product promotions according to each store department's activities, in a creative and distinctive manner; * Drive in-store sales through voice announcements. Reinforce customers' positive shopping experience by encouraging purchases and highlighting the store's unique features; * Maintain clear and continuous communication with customers through appealing announcements; * Follow rules and scripts provided by Marketing/Sales strictly, avoiding improvisations or deviations beyond company standards; #### **Required qualifications:** * Experience in voice-over work (will be a differentiator); * Excellent diction, intonation, and vocal control; * High school diploma; * Availability to work flexible hours and on a 6x1 shift schedule; * Clear communication skills, good diction, effective communication, and proficiency in Portuguese; * Knowledge of basic microphone and sound system operations, basic marketing concepts, and persuasive communication techniques; * Friendly demeanor, spontaneity, professional attitude, and ability to improvise.
