Use technological resources and active methodologies **Job Description:** We are seeking a multi-subject teacher to work with 2nd and 4th grade classes of Elementary School I, responsible for teaching across various knowledge areas, promoting students' holistic development and strengthening competencies defined in the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC). The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical activities that stimulate curiosity, logical reasoning, reading, writing, and ethical coexistence among students. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum and the BNCC; * Develop and administer diagnostic and formative assessments; * Monitor individual student progress, identifying needs for pedagogical support; * Foster a welcoming, dynamic, and participatory learning environment; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and ongoing professional development; * Maintain consistent communication with families, encouraging school–family partnership; * Use technological resources and active methodologies in the teaching\-learning process **Requirements** * Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; * Preferred experience teaching 2nd or 4th grade classes of Elementary School I; * Familiarity with the BNCC and contemporary pedagogical practices; * Proficiency in educational technologies; * Classroom management skills and application of active methodologies. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively. \* **Benefits** * Salary: R$1\.853,65 (one shift) \+ dental plan \+ transportation allowance. **Benefits:** * Dental assistance; * Transportation allowance.
