We are currently seeking an **Reach Stacker / ECH Operator** to join our Operations team. If you are passionate about safety, operational precision, and focused on results, we want to hear from you! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Operate Reach Stacker and ECH equipment safely and efficiently, moving containers between storage areas, loading lines, and inspection zones; * Perform stacking and retrieval operations according to operational parameters (height, depth, and alignment); * Position units correctly to service internal and external vehicles; * Conduct routine inspections of CHE equipment's operational conditions, immediately reporting any defects; * Follow instructions provided via data terminal or radio communication, ensuring correct execution of unloading, loading, and repositioning sequences; * Accurately map containers and other cargo within the yard, ensuring proper positioning according to the TOS system; * Comply with occupational safety regulations (NR\-11, NR\-12), quality standards, and environmental policies; * Keep operator cabin and other workspaces clean and organized; * Ensure operational continuity through *hot seat* shift changes and break periods; * Work safely, immediately reporting any hazardous situations to peers and supervisors; * Strictly adhere to all safety rules and internal procedures; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and job-related training programs; * Uphold company values in daily activities. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** High school diploma completed; * **Driver's License:** Category D or E; * **Valid Certification:** Reach Stacker Operator; * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months operating large forklifts. **Skills and Competencies** * Results-oriented focus; * Analytical ability; * Fine motor coordination; * Specific knowledge; * Clear and assertive communication; * Operational discipline and adherence to procedures.
