Focus on product and employee quality and safety We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** with experience in the civil construction manufacturing environment to work on the lightweight concrete panel (LightWall) production line. This professional will be responsible for leading the team, organizing the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, and guaranteeing product and employee quality and safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the lightweight concrete panel production team; * Control execution of production orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines, targets, and quality standards; * Efficiently organize production resources (materials, equipment, and labor); * Monitor and guide compliance with technical and safety standards in the manufacturing environment; * Support implementation of process improvements and waste reduction; * Track performance indicators (productivity, rework, cycle time, etc.); * Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow; * Conduct operational training and monitor the performance of team members under their supervision; * Ensure compliance with good manufacturing, storage, and transportation practices for panels. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical course in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Production, or related fields preferred); * Proven experience as a production supervisor, team leader, or production supervisor in a manufacturing environment; * Experience in civil construction industries, precast/pre-fabricated plants, or industrialized construction systems; * Practical knowledge of production processes and handling of materials related to lightweight concrete; * Skills in people management, task organization, and goal tracking. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or higher education in industrial-related fields (e.g., Production Engineering, Civil Engineering); * Knowledge of production processes oriented toward modular construction, drywall, or pre-fabricated systems; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen-based production management; * Familiarity with ERP systems or production control tools. **Hard Skills** * Coordination of industrial processes in civil construction; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and production orders; * Knowledge of molding, curing, and handling of lightweight concrete panels; * Monitoring of production indicators and quality control; * Team and shift management; * Knowledge of safety and quality regulations (NR-18, NR-12, etc.).
