




Job Summary: Work at stations of simple complexity throughout the factory, performing predominantly manual tasks while adhering to safety and quality procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and support from operators MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Follow area evacuation procedures in real and/or simulated situations; Use PPE according to the requirements of the work areas and tasks performed; Report all near-misses, accidents, incidents, or identified risks related to: people, environment, processes, equipment, facilities, materials, and products; Mandatory participation in SHE, Quality, UMS, and HR training programs; Participate in risk assessments and identification of environmental aspects and impacts in your area when requested; Participate in scheduled safety inspections when requested; Apply the UMS methodology in performing your duties, such as: label opening, OPLs, improvement recordkeeping, board updates, and MA meetings; Significantly support achieving your area’s objectives and targets; Properly execute required actions within your professional scope regarding: Time & Attendance System, Access Control, PDP\-f, Skills Matrix, among others; Use company resources responsibly, in compliance with applicable legislation and guidance from all departments—particularly Legal and HR; Maintain your work area/production line clean and organized, adhering to established 5S standards; Work at stations of simple complexity across the entire factory, performing predominantly manual tasks under the supervision and training of Operators; Supply production lines with raw materials, following area safety procedures and material handling procedures; Clean and organize the production area according to established area standards; Assist Operators in cleaning equipment according to the Cleaning Checklist standards and following safety procedures outlined in the LOTO guide and PPE usage guidelines; Remove and dispatch materials to the factory’s waste disposal area, following required SHE procedures; Open SHE, Quality, and UMS labels, ensuring compliance with established standards; Carry out assigned workloads and tasks as directed by your manager, in accordance with SHE, Quality, and UMS standards **Perform the following activities when requested:** packing into boxes, palletizing, minor pipe unthreading, and pallet wrapping; Know and comply with General Loss Control Rules; Perform your duties aiming at environmental preservation, in line with company policy; Know and apply SHE and Quality policies in carrying out your duties; Contribute to aspects related to Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety; Collaborate with initiatives aimed at achieving your area’s objectives and targets; Meet Production Plan requirements; Participate in risk assessments for your area when requested. **Requirements:** Availability to work the 3rd Shift (10 PM to 6 AM); Completed High School education; Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
