We are currently seeking a **Land Side Operational Coordinator** to join our Operations team. If you have a leadership profile, a results orientation, and experience in operational coordination, we want to hear from you! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Coordinate and supervise yard, gate, and vessel operations, ensuring established priorities are met; * Monitor equipment usage quality during the shift, aiming to maximize productivity; * Coordinate execution teams and guide other operational areas on shift strategies; * Represent the Operations department in negotiations and operational discussions, acting as the focal point between OGMO, Unions, and Operations; * Facilitate training by developing, controlling, and instructing technical content for the operations team; * Be responsible for training and standardizing processes for the strategic execution team; * Instruct the operations team on safety procedures and ensure safe execution of activities; * Supervise and control operational execution activities, including heavy lifts, dangerous cargo, and bulk materials; * Ensure that **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)** are correctly followed in yard and vessel operations; * Report problems and critical issues to immediate superiors, proposing quick and effective solutions; * Lead, develop, and motivate teams, promoting a collaborative, structured, and results-oriented environment; * Establish collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, unions, and strategic partners; * Ensure terminal performance indicators are achieved by applying continuous improvement methodologies and efficient resource management; * Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the terminal's future performance; * Comply with and enforce safety rules and uphold company values. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration, Port Management, or similar); * Solid experience in port operations; * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams is desirable; * Knowledge of port operational processes and performance indicators. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and team management; * Negotiation ability and relationship management with various stakeholders; * Clear and assertive communication; * Results-driven and continuous improvement mindset; * Organization and operational discipline; * Analytical skills and focus on efficiency.
