If you have an analytical profile, experience in port operations, and are looking for challenges in a dynamic and global environment, we want to hear from you! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Update the Easy Ops system at each stage of vessel-related routines; * Analyze and approve/reject vessel *quay commander* (QC) plans prepared by the Planning Center (SPC); * Ensure optimal crane workload distribution (Crane Intensity), requesting adjustments from the Planning Center or shipping line when necessary; * Request formal approval of vessel plans from Command, via the Planning Center or directly, depending on available time; * Prepare and ensure delivery of the berth layout sketch to the responsible team, respecting berth constraints; * Conduct onboard visits when needed to discuss loading plans, damages, spare parts, and other requirements; * Continuously monitor loading/unloading schedules, making adjustments to prevent equipment conflicts and yard bottlenecks; * Ensure yard operations are executed according to plan, in collaboration with the Junior Execution Analyst; * Ensure compliance with ANTAQ regulations regarding segregation of special cargo (IMO), immediately correcting any deviations; * Monitor import and export container removal planning to enhance operational efficiency and reduce rehandles; * Ensure proper execution of warehouse container operations for inspections, stuffing/destuffing, and ancillary services; * Complete the **Vessel Operational Statement (VOS)** during and upon completion of operations; * Monitor and support the Junior Execution Analyst in operator scheduling, audits, and reporting; * Immediately report to Shift Coordination any difficulties such as equipment shortages, low performance, or physical bottlenecks; * Temporarily replace, when necessary, the Junior Execution Analyst, Mid-Level Execution Analyst, and/or Shift Coordinator. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education**: Completed Bachelor's degree; * **English**: Intermediate to advanced level; * **Computer skills**: Full Office suite; * **Experience**: In port operations. **Skills and Competencies** * Conflict management; * Leadership and decision-making; * Results orientation; * Negotiation; * Analytical thinking and numerical ability; * Clear written and verbal communication; * Specific knowledge of port operations.
