The professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service and store organization, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Deliver excellent customer service; * Restock and organize shelves and gondolas; * Monitor product expiration dates and perform proper stock rotation; * Maintain a clean, organized section with correctly priced products; * Support merchandise restocking and goods receiving; * Operate the cash register when necessary, recording sales and processing payments; * Follow company safety, hygiene, and procedural standards; * Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the store by supporting various departments as needed; * Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints politely and efficiently. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, agility, and proactivity; * Attention to detail and ability to solve problems courteously. #### **Desirable (preferred) requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or retail. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance. #### **Work schedule and hours:** 6x1 rotating shift.
