Develop and review departmental process flows Manage container logistics planning and operations activities at TECON SUAPE through efficient and effective coordination of material, technological, and human resources to deliver satisfactory results for the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** Compile vessel arrival schedules submitted by shipping lines / maritime agencies and coordinate vessel berthing, including adherence to berth window methodology; Prepare operational reports for shipping lines, port authorities, and associations as directed by Management or the Board; Provide technical support to TECON SUAPE’s operational and planning departments by actively participating in team training; Coordinate team activities and interact with other departments to identify solutions and alternatives for business needs; Participate in internal and external audits whenever requested; Review departmental activities and jointly define priority levels with supervisors; Conduct team performance evaluations; Hold meetings with representatives from planning, operations, and maintenance teams to assess terminal routines according to the Operations Control Center philosophy; Monitor key Terminal KPIs to support the Operations/Planning Management in decision-making; Develop and review relevant departmental process flows. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
