




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to provide on-site and remote technical support to employees and infrastructure equipment, including network, hardware, and AV. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: We are looking for a candidate to join our IT team, responsible for providing support to our employees and infrastructure equipment (including network-related equipment) on-site at Schneider Electric’s facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Provide Desk Side support to end users when incidents cannot be resolved remotely via the Service Desk. * Deliver HW Break & Fix support to end users when hardware incidents require replacing the entire defective unit with an equivalent one. * Support asset tracking services for Schneider’s workplace equipment. * Ensure the CMDB is updated to reflect accurate and necessary data for new equipment deployments, equipment reassignments, equipment returns, etc. * Provide Hands & Eyes support to execute technical task requests on infrastructure equipment under the control of the remote administration team. * Deploy and manage non-networked printers, storage devices, and various peripherals. * Provide audiovisual equipment support, technical support for special events such as annual meetings, board meetings, and training sessions — for both internal/external end users — and deliver support, installation, relocation, and disposal of IT materials. * Provide on-site and/or remote physical support to end users at remote locations. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; * Experience in end-user support; * Flexibility to work flexible hours; * Desired knowledge of ServiceNow, Android and iOS, SCCM, DHCP, DNS, McAfee, MS Outlook, Office 365, and ITSM tools; * Technical understanding of IT services (networking, hardware, cloud computing, etc.); * Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers; * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Ipojuca/PE.
