This person will serve as the **main point of contact for the Personnel Department at the unit**, ensuring employee support, assisting in onboarding, leave management, payroll, benefits, and other related routine tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Personnel Department reference at the unit, acting as the direct contact for employees and managers; * Support onboarding, termination, and contract management processes; * Monitor and manage leave, timekeeping, and benefits; * Support payroll closing and related processes; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the Personnel Department; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office suite is desirable.
