We are currently seeking a **Finance Analyst** to join our Finance team. **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to financial deadlines. * Monitor customer advances and ensure proper tracking of related transactions. * Perform and validate bank reconciliations for receipts. * Track customer account balances and financial confirmations, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Support the monthly financial closing process for the accounts receivable function. * Process domestic and international receipts, including foreign exchange transactions. * Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize financial processes. * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by introducing best practices and innovation to the function. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze data for financial studies and KPIs. * Collaborate proactively with other departments to support financial and operational needs as required. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Financial Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Experience in accounts receivable routines, delinquency management, bank reconciliations, and financial closing; analytical mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with international operations and foreign exchange processes is a plus. * **English:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * **Lean Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Problem analysis and resolution capability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
