Job Summary: HR Payroll Coordinator responsible for payroll department routines, payroll processing, working hours control, and involvement in labor proceedings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the transportation and/or logistics sector 2. Knowledge of Senior HCM, E-SOCIAL, and ERD-REINF 3. Involvement in labor proceedings and employee support **Position:** HR Payroll Coordinator **Job Responsibilities:** * Payroll department routines: hiring process, working hours control, vacation calculations, 13th salary, overtime, night shift allowance, termination, tax assessments, and dismissal procedures; * Driver attendance and working hours control; * Updating indicator spreadsheets; * Preparation and calculation of payroll and related statutory charges; * Participation in labor proceedings; * Employee support. **Requirements:** * Experience in the transportation and/or logistics sector; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in the Senior HCM payroll system; * Knowledge of E\-SOCIAL and ERD\-REINF. **Benefits:** Health Insurance \+ Dental Insurance \+ Meal Card \+ Day Off \+ Life Insurance \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Partnerships
