Job Summary: A professional to assist in executing masonry, concrete, and other material-related tasks, constructing, renovating, or repairing buildings and infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in corrective and preventive maintenance of masonry and asphalt 2. Prepares concrete and mortar and lays various materials 3. Installs temporary fencing and supports other disciplines Assists in executing masonry, concrete, and other material-related tasks using appropriate processes to construct, renovate, or repair buildings and similar infrastructure. 1\. Assists in corrective and preventive maintenance of masonry; 2\. Assists in corrective and preventive maintenance of asphalt on circulation roads; 3\. Assists in preventive and corrective maintenance of roofs; 4\. Assists in identifying and resolving roof-related leaks and water infiltration; 5\. Assists in preparing concrete and mortar according to the requirements of the task; 6\. Assists in laying bricks, tiles, flooring, and other related materials; 7\. Assists in installing temporary fencing at stores or event venues; 8\. Supports other disciplines; 9\. Uses a two-way radio for team communication.
