A construction company is seeking a Controller Analyst in Recife.
Due Incorporadora is a company specialized in real estate development. Focused on building high-quality projects, it consistently pursues innovation and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
Evaluating monthly cost and expense records, ensuring proper allocation in accordance with financial planning. Developing and analyzing actual cash flows, ensuring expenses are allocated according to each project’s feasibility. Forecasting monthly cash flows until the completion of each project. Collecting data for structuring financial operations. Preparing monthly CRI (Real Estate Receivables Certificates) monitoring reports directed to securitization entities. Performing other duties relevant to the position as instructed by superiors.
Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, or Budget Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
