




**Responsible for assisting in the mapping, analysis, and support of implementing improvements in operational and administrative processes, aiming to promote efficiency, standardization, quality, and compliance with service standards and internal regulations.** * Support the administration of ENOTEL's Quality Management System, ensuring the updating and organization of documents and records related to processes. * Assist in process mapping and development of work instructions, using predefined quality control models and tools. * Collaborate in gathering and documenting workflow across departments/areas, identifying critical points, waste, and improvement opportunities together with analysts or coordinators. * Support the creation, review, and maintenance of operational procedures, departmental indicators, and action plans. * Assist in reviewing documents such as procedures, forms, and manuals according to established quality standards. * Contribute to the control and recording of non-conformities identified in processes, supporting the analysis and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. Provide support in participating in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new processes or tools, in partnership with other departments. * Support the implementation and updating of management systems (e.g.: PMS, CRM, or ERP), ensuring alignment with operational workflows. * Collaborate in organizing internal campaigns and awareness initiatives on quality and continuous improvement. * Assist in analyzing process performance data and indicators, contributing to reports and improvement suggestions. * Support the preparation and execution of internal audits, including checklists, records, and necessary evidence.\- * Provide support to quality committees and improvement groups, organizing agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
