PCD - Construction Helper

· Experience in Construction Projects and Administrative Processes

· Control and Replenishment of Office Supplies and Construction Materials

· Preparation of Financial and Operational Reports

· Productivity monitoring and performance indicator management

· Industrial area experience

· Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

· Work in occupational health and safety prevention.

· Development and formulation of health and safety guidelines.

· Management and supervision of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Supervise and guide the daily activities of housekeepers and general service staff.

· Conduct inspections and release units for reception.

· Manage supplies and linens, and substitute for the Housekeeping Manager.

· Map custody and revenue growth opportunities

· Structure investment recommendations and strategies
