Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in performance indicator analysis and management, quality management systems, and process automation to propose and implement improvements. Ability to identify and propose data-driven improvements Description: If you have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Proficiency in performance indicator analysis and management (KPIs, OKRs) * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI and AI tools * Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process automation * Knowledge of internal and external process auditing and compliance * Ability to identify and propose data-driven improvements \#JoinUs We value if you also have: * A specialization in Quality Management, Process Engineering, or Analytics. * Executive presentation techniques for results (Dashboards and reports) * Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar), focusing on control and indicator modules * Experience with Power BI, basic SQL, or automation via Google Sheets/AppScript * Experience with quality tools (PDCA and 5W2H) * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy and consistency * Propose and implement process improvements based on data analysis * Monitor and adhere to the department's budget * Support teams in standardizing processes and complying with internal policies * Analyze departments' status regarding the management system * Validate performance indicators across other departments and schedule results presentations * Participate in results presentations for all company departments * Develop executive reports and performance dashboards to support management * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. 2511210202471882257
