Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for route planning, delivery tracking, KPI analysis, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery process optimization 2. Delivery monitoring and tracking MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Query all orders entered into the system, process the data, consolidate the order code with the customer's store, and forward to the Routeasy system for subsequent route planning; Receive a map from Routeasy showing the appropriate locations, and organize the route based on truck capacity, franchisee-specific requirements, route-specific constraints, aiming to optimize the delivery process; Assign the truck license plate to the corresponding route; Generate a manifest report listing each truck's routes, then generate a cargo map report and input it into the TOTVS system, which subsequently consolidates orders with trucks; Print the order picking map and forward it to the Shipping Department; Prepare the Cover Sheet containing the vehicle license plate, report print date, and number of orders, then forward it to the Shipping Department; Analyze KPIs daily to identify process improvements, evaluating truck utilization rate, customer-specific requirements, inventory balance, revenue based on routed boxes, freight costs (third-party and owned fleet), etc.; Track all deliveries by monitoring the Frotix system to resolve potential delays; Perform tasks in accordance with Safety and Quality standards.
