Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for purchasing various items for construction sites, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing and approving purchase orders, and researching new suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and management of suppliers for purchasing construction materials. 2. Analysis and approval of purchase orders, ensuring the best prices. 3. Research and development of new suppliers for the company. In all markets, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across corporate, primary, and secondary residential segments targeting middle- and high-income customers. **Your Responsibilities:** Purchase various items to meet construction site requirements and other company needs. Obtain quotations when necessary, enter data into the system, and prepare comparative tables. Identify the lowest prices offered per item and negotiate purchases of multiple items from a single supplier based on the lowest quoted price. Analyze and approve purchase orders below the established maximum limit. Obtain higher-level approval for purchase orders exceeding your authorized spending limit. Research new suppliers. Cancel orders with delivery issues and initiate new quotations. Request operational licenses from suppliers. Evaluate suppliers’ order fulfillment performance, notify them upon unsatisfactory results, and suspend order placements with suppliers scoring below the minimum required rating. Archive documentation related to submitted purchase orders and completed purchases. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or Commercial Management; Advanced Excel proficiency; Experience drafting and reviewing contracts; Preferred: Experience in engineering service procurement; Preferred: SAP knowledge. **What We Offer:** CLT employment contract; Meal or Food Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Gympass; MD+ (Corporate University)
