Teamwork and emphasis on safety in maritime environments. **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school. * Technical/vocational training in Naval Mechanics/Electromechanics/Naval Maintenance is preferred. * NR10, NR12, NR33, and NR35 certifications are mandatory; NR34 is desirable; CBSP/HUET are advantageous. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform, under supervision, **maintenance, repair, and technical support activities for vessels**, covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and basic marine painting services. * Assist in conducting **inspections, diagnostics, and corrections** on engines, propulsion systems, pumps, valves, generators, and circuits, following technical procedures and standards. * Support **disassembly, replacement, and adjustment of components**, according to technical specifications and team instructions. * Assist in **surface preparation** and application of primers, marine paints, and finishes, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Support the execution of **tests, alignments, and commissioning activities** following maintenance work. * Organize and maintain **tools, equipment, and materials** in workshops and onboard vessels. * Record **interventions performed, parts used, and time spent** in Service Orders (SOs), per internal procedures. * Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support **preventive and corrective maintenance**. * Strictly comply with **safety, environmental, and maritime regulations**, using appropriate PPE and collective protection equipment (CPE). * Support **dry-docking activities and field service assignments**, as required. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Mechanical, electrical, and marine painting maintenance. * Marine engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical control systems. * Surface preparation and painting (deck, hull, metal structures). * Reading electrical diagrams/drawings and marine manuals. * Waterproofing, light welding, and surface repairs. * Operation of hand/electric/pneumatic tools. **TOOLS AND SYSTEMS:** * ERP and Service Order (SO) tracking (basic level). * Digital spreadsheets and onboard reporting tools. **BEHAVIORAL SKILLS (Soft Skills):** * Responsibility and discipline. * Adaptability and resilience. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail and communication. * Proactivity and ethics with a focus on safety. **INITIAL POSITIONS FOR TALENT POOL** --------------------------------------------- Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: B Willingness to travel
