




Job Summary: Assists in customer service, front desk operations, and administrative routines, ensuring organization and support across various hotel departments. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive customer service support 2. Assistance with front desk and hospitality routines 3. Administrative tasks and inventory control * Assist with customer service activities (front desk, bars and restaurants, housekeeping of guest rooms); * Handle telephone inquiries, relaying information to internal and external stakeholders; * Provide hotel-related information to guests; * Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes; * Support correspondence flow to assigned departments; * Assist with inspection, organization, and tidying of guest rooms (UHs); * Assist with restocking materials in assigned departments; * Conduct material count for support items and identify potential damages; * Monitor adherence to departmental activity schedules; * Create and/or update Excel control spreadsheets; * Prepare reports for the assigned department; * Assist with inventory control and stocktaking in the assigned department; * Assist with material requisition requests to the warehouse; * Assist with inspections of external and internal areas, identifying damaged items and reporting such issues to the maintenance department; Perform administrative support tasks for departments. Availability for morning and afternoon shifts.
