We serve a client base of over 15,000 companies, which occasionally require assistance to operate our software, identify more productive ways to carry out their processes, and—most importantly—understand potential rejections that may occur when attempting to validate electronic fiscal documents. The primary role of Technical Support is to assist in these processes by identifying the fastest and most efficient solutions to resolve any issues that arise. Therefore, our employees undergo intensive training and must demonstrate strong learning capabilities to become experts in our software and deliver high-quality support.
