We provide software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Design, structure, and implement internal training administration, covering needs assessment (LNT) through results analysis. Develop, implement, and supervise endomarketing and employee engagement initiatives. Lead and optimize new employee onboarding processes. Support strategic initiatives related to Human and Organizational Development (HOD). Actively participate in projects focused on organizational culture and climate. Monitor performance indicators and suggest continuous improvements. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
