BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
**EDUCATION**
Completed High School.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or specialization in Health Management, Administration, or related fields.
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE**
3 years
**SPECIALIZED COURSES AND/OR SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**
* Knowledge of health legislation, ANS (National Health Agency), and clinical best practices;
* Ability to analyze performance indicators and develop action plans;
* Health Management;

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
* Familiarity with administrative and financial routines of healthcare clinics;
* Experience with daily cash reconciliation, appointment scheduling, and health insurance authorizations;

* Familiarity with clinical management systems (desirable);

* Organize, monitor, and ensure timely and proactive release of billing forms;
* Guarantee that billing form processes follow the correct workflow and established deadlines;
* Monitor medical schedules daily;
* Identify errors, inappropriate appointments, missing authorizations, or potential claim denials;
* Collaborate with reception and coordination teams to implement necessary adjustments;
* Ensure efficient use of scheduling systems, reducing idle time and financial losses;
* Serve as the operational reference for the team;
* Firmly, respectfully, and objectively enforce task execution, deadlines, and alignment;
