We invite you to become part of something greater. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate boilers and compressors, performing regular inspections and adjusting necessary repairs to ensure continuous supply of steam and compressed air for industrial processes; * Support the operation of the pump house by managing water pumps, monitoring and adjusting performance to ensure adequate water supply to different areas of the plant; * Monitor and adjust water levels and quality, conducting quality tests and making adjustments as needed, ensuring water used in processes meets required standards; * Support supervision of steam distribution and usage, monitoring meters and adjusting valves and controls to ensure steam is available at correct pressure for processes; * Monitor the ETB (Biological Treatment Plant), perform biological treatment of effluents, monitor biological and chemical parameters, and adjust processes as necessary to ensure effluents are properly treated before discharge; * Collect and analyze factory performance data, using BI (Business Intelligence) systems to record and analyze data, providing accurate information for decision-making; * Control chlorine and chemical supply in the ETB, monitoring stock levels and adjusting dosages as needed, ensuring water and effluent treatment processes are effective; * Perform maintenance and cleaning of filters according to established cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring filtration process efficiency; * Record and manage service and maintenance orders, using the Sigga Brizzo system to create and track work orders, ensuring all maintenance activities are properly recorded and monitored; * Correct anomalies by repairing damaged parts using appropriate tools and equipment, or replacing defective parts with spare components; * Execute daily maintenance routines such as anomaly identification, inspection routes, planned safety inspections, and equipment breakdown/failure analysis; * Control air temperature, combustion gases, steam, and feedwater temperature; * Disassemble and mark parts using appropriate equipment, tools, and utensils; * Correct anomalies by repairing damaged parts using appropriate tools and equipment, or replacing defective parts with spare components; * Perform daily machine checklists and support maintenance plans; * Participate weekly in GGA (meeting to discuss sector improvement topics to generate positive impacts); * Execute daily maintenance routines such as anomaly identification, inspection routes, planned safety inspections, and equipment breakdown/failure analysis; * Carry out responsibilities in accordance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards outlined in Unilever's internal policies; * Report factory accidents and incidents according to Unilever's internal policy. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work shifts. **Skills** * Good interpersonal skills; * Commitment; * Dynamism; * Systemic thinking. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
