Our engineering and construction units focus on Infrastructure, Energy, Mobility, and Industry projects, emphasizing operational excellence. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform reading, analysis, and interpretation of executive projects developed by the client; * Produce and validate calculation reports, ensuring technical compliance and safety in applied solutions; * Issue technical notes and provide immediate responses to production demands when facing unforeseen events or field deviations; * Interface with designers, ensuring technical alignment and updating documents when necessary; * Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies in the project, proposing feasible solutions for execution; * Provide technical support to production, safety, and procurement areas, promoting integration among construction disciplines; * Act as the technical reference for engineering on site during night shifts. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration; * Proven field experience in heavy civil construction projects; * Experience in reading and interpreting executive projects, with ability to translate and apply them practically on site; * Experience in preparing calculation reports and technical analysis of solutions; * History of technical interface with designers and direct support to execution teams; * Knowledge of best practices for integration between engineering, HSE, equipment, and procurement; * English will be considered a differentiator; * Availability to work night shifts (4:30 PM to 2:30 AM\). **Additional information** **Work location:** Ipojuca region \- PE * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who began building roads and have not stopped since.
