Responsibilities and duties * Handling and responding to PROCON (municipal, state, and Senacon) notifications; * Drafting administrative defenses, appeals, and technical statements; * Representing clients in infringement proceedings, including oral arguments, hearings, and negotiations. Requirements and qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); * Prior experience working with PROCON (municipal and state); * Prior experience handling consumer infringement proceedings and administrative defenses; * Thorough knowledge of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and administrative regulations; * Strategic thinking and ability to manage high-volume workloads; * Prior experience with platforms such as the National Consumer Protection Information System (SINDEC), Consumer Dashboard, and municipal PROCONs (mandatory) will be considered advantageous; * Previous experience with consumer protection agencies across different Brazilian states will be considered advantageous.
