At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Be responsible for the technical execution of the construction management team in planning and scope management using Hexagon's tool. * Act as the focal point for the construction management team during the planning and construction phases, ensuring the correct application of defined processes and standards. * Provide internal and external support on AWP matters, ensuring appropriate application of materials on site according to defined corporate processes. * Conduct training and capacity building for internal and/or external teams on the use of the Construction Manager and material forecasting. * Be able to use the Construction Manager provided by Hexagon. * Execute and propose improvements to the implementation plans of the BIM methodology focused on construction management, according to the established execution plan. * Analyze the scope management process from its planning through to its application on site. * Generate BIM performance indicators and reports based on planned and executed deliverables. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Engineering and/or Information Systems preferred. * Knowledge of planning and construction of industrial oil and gas projects. * Knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases. * Experience with Hexagon Smart Construction Manager is desirable. **Additional information** * Work location: Ipojuca/PE. * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and go further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who started building roads and have never stopped since.
