




Job Summary: Responsible for the entire import process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring customs and tax compliance, and interacting with suppliers and agents. Key Highlights: 1. Handling the entire import process. 2. Negotiating with international suppliers. 3. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Description: * Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in import operations (6 months). * Proficiency in SAP B1 and international trade platforms. * Knowledge of Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and LI/DI/DUIMP processes. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Familiarity with international logistics. * Ability to analyze costs and generate reports. * Monitor the complete import process (order, shipment, customs clearance, delivery). * Verify documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc.). * Request and monitor Import Licenses when required. * Ensure proper tax classification and NCM coding. * Negotiate delivery timelines, shipping terms, and documentation with international suppliers. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. * Request and verify international freight and insurance quotations. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities.
