




Job Summary: Proactive and welcoming patient reception in a healthcare environment, involving administrative and support tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and welcome patients 2. Schedule exams and appointments 3. Keep the workplace clean and organized **Available Shifts:** * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with a two-hour lunch break on Friday) * FERISTA \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (when not covering vacations) * 12x36 \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * 12x36 \- 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM * Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome patients; * Register patient visits in the Tasy system; * Print exam authorization slips or verify eligibility; * Collect fees for private exams; * Answer phone calls from patients and physicians; * Deliver exam results; * Schedule exams and appointments; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Generate invoices for private exams and forward them to patients; * Issue attendance certificates upon request; * Request office supplies; * Review duplicate registration reports; * Assist other reception desks as needed; * Support new staff during customer service training; * Distribute patient satisfaction surveys; * Forward uncollected exam results to the central reception desk; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a degree or technical qualification in healthcare is an advantage); * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Experience in hospital reception or other healthcare areas (e.g., authorization forms, health insurance providers); * Behavioral competencies: empathy and patience, effective communication, teamwork, and proactivity in identifying and resolving issues; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which shift(s) are you available for?
